About Loss of Work Capacity (PCL)
How long after the evaluation will I receive the report?
When a user is assessed for loss of work capacity, the report will be issued within 30 business days from the evaluation date.
What is ZERO SEQUELAE?
It means there are no compensable sequelae resulting from the work accident or occupational illness.
What should I do if I disagree with the assessment?
The notification letter you receive with the report explains the procedure to follow in detail.
What can I do if I do not receive the notification?

After the work capacity evaluation, how long does it take to receive the report?
The stipulated time for this notification according to current regulations is 30 calendar days after the evaluation, and it will be notified in writing.
When will I receive a response about the assessment?
After submitting your request to our offices, you will receive a written response within 15 business days. If you do not receive information within the specified period, contact the customer service line 01 8000 51 14 14, option 4-8, to escalate the case to the responsible area.
Where can I request the PCL and/or sequelae assessment process?
You can submit a signed letter requesting the assessment for sequelae or loss of work capacity due to a work accident or occupational illness. Include full name, ID number, updated phone numbers, and correspondence address.

About Affiliations
How can I get the worker’s ID card and affiliation certificate?
The certificate and ID card can be downloaded by the company or the affiliate without needing a username or password.
Visit www.arlsura.com.co, on the right side of the page under “Certificate and Affiliation Card.” Using the ID number and date of birth, the information can be exported. This procedure can also be done via mobile device.
Can I report multiple worker updates at once?
Yes, through www.arlsura.com / log in / administrative management / my workers / mass processes. You can add or remove up to 10,000 workers at a time and create multiple work centers.
Download the provided templates, fill them completely, save them with a name without special characters, and then upload them.
Can I cancel or delete a worker’s affiliation?
Yes, up to 30 days after registration, as long as the worker has not worked even a single day.
Can I process withdrawals with a date prior to today?
Yes, through the website you can process up to 30 days after the withdrawal date via www.arlsura.com / log in / administrative management / my workers / add and remove / individual withdrawal.
How do I select the worker’s economic activity?
You can follow Decree 1607 of 2002, considering the activity the worker performs and searching by keywords.
How can I modify worker data?
If your company has a username and password, you can modify a worker’s document number via Administrative Management / My Workers / Query and Update / Change Worker ID.
To update other data such as email, address, or salary, use the same path via Update Worker Data / Dependent Worker.
To update the risk class, go to www.arlsura.com / log in / administrative management / my workers / query and update / update data / change worker.
Note: Risk class is selected according to Decree 1607 of 2002, based on the activity the worker will perform.
Can affiliations be made retroactively?
No. According to Decree 1295 of 1994, retroactive affiliations are not allowed. Workers must be affiliated one day before starting work, and coverage begins the calendar day after the company notifies ARL.
